Before payment
We confirm fit, the account and date range, the question to answer, a private data transfer method, and the delivery date in our written conversation. The first three introductory engagements are $500 USD each, paid once. There is no subscription. Your checkout must show the agreed final amount before you pay.
Included
One account and one export covering up to 31 days; a spend baseline; ranked findings with the evidence available; recommended actions and tests; conditional cost scenarios where supportable; a 30-minute walkthrough; and one round of questions submitted within seven days of delivery. Delivery is within five business days after both confirmed payment and a usable export. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. We confirm the actual date in writing.
Boundaries
Your team implements changes. Production access, implementation, monitoring, other providers, wider cloud audits and additional accounts are outside this fee. We do not guarantee savings, a particular number of findings or equivalent quality from a cheaper model. If the available data cannot answer a question, the report says so.
Your data
Do not send API keys, passwords, prompt payloads or unnecessary personal data. We agree access and a deletion date before transfer. Work begins only when the agreed export is usable; missing data pauses the start date and we confirm a new schedule. Customer data is not published or used in case studies without separate permission. You can request deletion by replying to the engagement conversation.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel before analysis begins for a full refund. I confirm when analysis starts. If I cannot deliver by the agreed date, you may choose an extension or a full refund. If data is unusable and we cannot agree a workable scope before analysis starts, I refund the payment. Once the agreed report is delivered, there is no automatic refund because it identifies little or no savings; analysis and judgment are the service. This policy does not limit any rights that apply to your purchase. Refund requests and delivery questions go to the existing engagement conversation or Hussain by email.
